    The review posted by Mrs. Clark is totally false. It is my belief it was written in retaliation because she had to be removed from my husband's viewing at Burns' Chapel by the Florence police. She totally disrespected my deceased husband, me, our family, friends at the viewing, and the Burns' wonderful staff. The entire Burns staff was completely awesome to deal with during this difficult time. I cannot find a single fault with their service or entire staff. The cruel and personal attack on the staff by Mrs. Clark is absolutely unwarranted. It was my husband they picked up, and it was in my home. I was treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. The staff was professional and dressed in good taste. To personally attack any of their clothing or appearance reflects the absurd remarks posted falsely by Mrs. Clark. I have the highest regard for Burns's Riverside Chapel and totally appreciate all of their services. They are the best.

  • Review of "Sand Dunes Frontier" at Florence

    The ever-shifting, wind-sculpted dunes are strange and spectacular. We met up with our private sand rail guide at Sand Dunes Frontier first thing in the morning. The folks at Sand Dunes Frontier were so helpful and friendly, we were tempted to hang out with them after our ride. As for the ride itself....whoa, what a thrill! Zipping to the top of a 500-foot dune not knowing what’s on the other side is more exhilarating than a theme park roller coaster. But we had complete faith in our sand rail driver who was highly experienced. The sheer beauty of the massive dunes dotted with small spring-fed “tree islands,” leaves you speechless. We even spotted a bald eagle leaving its nest in search of a morning meal. My husband and I loved our experience with Sand Dunes Frontier. Attentive, helpful, and super friendly folks combined with an amazing experience on the dunes...what could be better?
